Ed was really nice and came to work on time. He also gave Hannah a lot of helpful tips on ACT. For example, he suggested that Hannah underline certain words of interest or pique when she reads a passage--that helped her find the definition of the word or the implications that the word suggested in the passage. Rachel, Hannah's sister, had Ed only twice, but could not continue due to her energy-sapping summer job. She said that Ed was a really good tutor.
